پودینی ماهی،غذای پرطرفدار و خوشمره جنوبی
فیله ماهی دوکیلو،پیاز درشت ۳ تا ۴عدد،سیر یک بوته کوچک،فلفل سبز تند ۴ عدد،گشنیزو شوید یک کیلو،ادویه ، فلفل سیاه،فیله لیمو عمانی ۳ قاشق غذاخوری.
ماهی رو با مقداری آب ،نمک، فلفل سیاه،زردچوبه،آب پز کرده و تیغه هاش رو کشیده و گوشت ماهی رو با دست پوره می کنیم و کنار می زاریم.
پیاز و سیر،فلفل سبز تو غذاساز ریخته یا رنده می کنیم.سبزیها رو با کارد ریز خرد می کنیم(سبزی نباید چرخ بشه).و با پیاز و سیر سرخ می کنیم وقتی کمی سبک شد زردچوبه و فلفل قرمز زده ، پوره ماهی رو اضافه کرده خوب همزده تا با سبزی خوب سرخ شود و بوی زخم ماهی گرفته شود .
در اینجا ادویه،لیمو عمانی،فلفل سیاه هم زده و مرتب هم می زنیم.مرتب پشت سر هم باید هم بزنیم حدود ۱۵ تا ۲۰ دقیقه.درآخر ۶ ،۷ دقیقه با حرارت کم میزاریم روی دم جا بیافته. *نسبت گشنیز به شوید باید سه به یک باشه *با ماهی گوشتی مثل هوور،طلال،حتی کلیکا و مومغ هم درست میکنن ولی “کولی” چیز دیگری ست.
